1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available in the following cases:
✅ The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ The item has not arrived within 60 days (90 days for certain regions).
✅ The product differs significantly from the description on our website.
To qualify, you must contact our support team with photo or video evidence of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:
❌ You provided an incorrect address.
❌ The package was refused or unclaimed upon delivery.
❌ Delivery is delayed due to customs, postal service, or unforeseen factors.
❌ There are minor variations in Color, design, or packaging.
❌ The item was purchased on clearance or final sale.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Loomorae is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local postal service for assistance in these cases.
